PROCESS OF INCORPORATION OF A COMPANY IN INDIA 

STEP: NAME SEARCH 
The first step in the process of company incorporation is thinking, searching a unique name which is not identical and similar and fulfil criteria specified in companies act 2013 

STEP: NAME RESERVATION 
In this step we will proceed towards the application for the reservation of name thought by the promoters on MCA Portal. We can submit two names in preference in one go. 

STEP: OBTAINING DIGITAL SIGNATURES OF DIRECTORS  & SHAREHOLDERS 

This step includes filing of Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) application with the DSC Certifying Authority for obtaining the Digital Signatures of Directors and Shareholders. 

STEP: DRAFTING OF DOCUMENTS  
The next step is the drafting of statutory documents of the company, which are the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, as they are the foundational documents of the company. 

STEP: ARANGING DOCUMENTS FOR PROPSED SUBSCRIBERS AND REGISTERED OFFICE 
The company incorporation process requires certain documents, which include documents for proof of identity, proof of address, and other documents as per the requirements of the Companies Act. 

STEP: FILING OF DOCUMENTS AND FORMS ON MCA PORTAL 
After drafting the documents and arranging all the necessary paperwork, the next step is to file the SPICe form with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. This step includes filing SPICe Part B and other required forms. 

STEP: PAYMENT OF FEES AND STAMP DUTY 
This is last step in incorporation process, where the payment of fees related to the forms, PAN and TAN applications, and state-specific stamp duty is to be made. 

After completing all the above steps, the forms are verified, and if found satisfactory, the Certificate of Incorporation is issued.
