REFUND AND CANCELATION

Vidhi n Vitt Management is committed to providing quality services to its customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may be eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must be made within 1 day of the service purchase date.

Refunds will be processed within 16-30 working days and will be credited to the original payment method. If you have any issues with the refund process, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that some services may not be eligible for a refund, and any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Additionally, in the event of a refund, any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, and other costs associated with the transaction will be deducted from the refund amount.

For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. If the service has not yet been initiated, we will process a full refund. However, if the service has already begun, no refunds will be provided.

WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMER

Unless otherwise expressed, Vidhi n Vitt Management expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We provide technology Platform services and are not liable for any claims or damages related to payments made through the Platform's generated links. Your use of the Platform and services is at your own risk. They are provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee: (i) that the Platform or services will meet your requirements; (ii) uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation; (iii) the accuracy or reliability of information obtained; (iv) that products or services obtained via the Platform will meet your expectations; or (v) correction of errors in the Platform.

Some services depend on third-party technology infrastructure, including government agencies. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by these third parties."

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to protect, reimburse, and not hold responsible the Company (including its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees) for any harm, costs, or legal issues that arise from: (i) Breaking these Terms, (ii) Being careless, fraudulent, or behaving badly, (iii) Using the Platform inappropriately, (iv) Causing harm to people or property, (v) Actions that lead to claims against the Company, (vi) Violating laws.

You understand that your violations could cause serious harm, and you agree that the Company can ask a court to stop you if necessary. If the Company takes legal action against you for breaking these Terms, you agree to pay their reasonable lawyer fees and costs.

Standard Pricing

Vidhi n Vitt Management follows a standard pricing policy with no hidden fees. However, this policy does not cover increases in government fees or additional costs incurred due to the client's legal documentation requirements or form resubmissions. Vidhi n Vitt Management is not liable for additional costs incurred by the client for fulfilling service requirements.

Factors Beyond Our Control

We cannot guarantee the results or outcomes of any service. For instance, government rejections of trademark applications for reasons unrelated to Vidhi n Vitt Management or delays due to government backlogs are beyond our control and are not grounds for a refund. We also do not guarantee the services provided by our Nearest Expert platform associates, who are not Vidhi n Vitt Management employees. Delays caused by government processes are not refundable.
